Loose Diamonds, Precious Color Gemstones and Pearls:
Limited 30 Days Warranty
All unmounted diamonds, color stones, and pearls are warranted for 30 days from the date of shipment. All diamonds, gemstones, and pearl whether or not they are accompanied by an independent grading report, are authentic and of consistent high quality and value.
Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, based upon The Jewelry Hut representative’s inspection and sole determination, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is only valid at The Jewelry Hut. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than The Jewelry Hut will void this warranty. Fine Jewelry Warranty:

All fine jewelry purchase from The Jewelry Hut is warranted for 30 days from date of shipment. All fine jewelry are genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All gold jewelry are either 14K, 18K, or Platinum

Return Policy
15 Days Return Policy
The Jewelry Hut takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase order, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase item, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unused item within 15 days from the original date of the shipment. The Jewelry Hut can not accept any item for return after the 15 days period.
Refund for return jewelry item, we will deduct the shipping cost and refund the balance.
Customized Jewelry Refunds. All custom jewelry items sold are final. The Jewelry Hut does not refund for any customized jewelry items.
Special promotional jewelry sale. All jewelry items offered for sale on special promotion are final and will not be accepted for return.
