Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing
The management of The Jewelry Hut makes every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. At any time a product is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to the data entry or system errors, The Jewelry Hut has the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Please also note that we make every effort to match carat weight exactly, however, sometimes carat total weight in all jewelry purchases may vary from 0.01 to 0.05 carets. Due to fluctuation in market prices of gold, diamond, and gemstones, our prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause to you.
Availability of Jewelry Item
The Jewelry Hut tries to keep all inventories on hand. However, sometimes an item is out of stock or you have requested a size not currently in stock, then you will be notified by E-mail of the approximate date of shipping. All products item listed on this site are all subject to availability. The Jewelry Hut reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered.

However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, we can not guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. View your Diamond or color Gemstone before setting it
If you prefer, it is possible to ship the diamond or gemstone to you to view before it is set. When you purchase and receive your Diamond or color Gemstone from The Jewelry Hut, simply just send the stone back to us by UPS or FedEx ( Please do not forget to insure the package for full purchase price). Or follow the shipping procedure in the Return Policy page on this site. Once the stone is received by The Jewelry Hut, it will be set on your jewelry item you have purchased. The Jewelry Hut will pay the shipping charges for delivery of your diamond and your finished jewelry item.
Purchase Order Cancellation
Once a purchase order has been placed online, a representative of The Jewelry Hut will contact you to confirm the detail of your order and confirm your identity as security procedure. At this time, you may cancel your purchase order without any penalty fee.
