Are All your jewelry styles listed online?
It is not possible to list all of our inventory on The Jewelry Hut Web site. If you can’t find a particular style, please contact us and we’ll try to help locate the exact or similar style and send you E-mail with a picture for you to review.
What does Diamond Carat Weight Ranges mean?
Most of our built diamond jewelry shown on this site are with fraction carat weight. Sometimes, this is not the exact diamond Total Carat Weight. So, we have made a chart to show the Carat Weight ranges for each fraction of diamond carat weight. Please click on the link to view the “Diamond Carat Weight Range”.
Can you customize a jewelry item for me?
Yes, The Jewelry Hut does customize any selected jewelry item from our selection in the Jewelry Gallery. If you can design your own ring or any jewelry item, simply E-mail us a picture of your jewelry item. The Jewelry hut will gladly custom make it for you for a reasonable fee. For more information for any jewelry item custom order, please contact one of our expert staff via E-mail. Also, you can create a custom ring by using the “Design Your Own Ring” option in our jewelry Gallery.
Do you Charge Sales Tax?
Yes, Sales Tax will be charged to all New York State residents.
Can you laser inscribe a stone with a personal message for me?
Most diamonds with GIA certificate are inscribed with a certificate number for security purpose. Sometimes, there are diamonds without a laser inscription. If you find a diamond on The Jewelry Hut site without a laser inscription, then we will gladly help you to send your diamond to the GIA Lab to have the stone inscribed with a personal message or GIA certificate number. The Jewelry Hut can to do the inscription for a fee.
Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
Saturday or overnight delivery are available for an additional fee. Please refer to the “Shipping and Handling”.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, we can ship your purchase order to an address different than your billing address. But, it must be verified with your credit card company. Please contact your credit card company and provide them with the shipping address to expedite the shipping process.
Can you resize my ring?
yes, The Jewelry Hut can resize your ring for no service charge.
Is it safe to buy jewelry, diamond, gemstone, or pearl online?
Yes, The Jewelry Hut uses latest data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. Making a purchase from The Jewelry Hut is a safe and secure online shopping experience.
How do I know the diamond or gemstone I purchase is the one I will receive?
Your purchase will arrive with an original GIA certificate for diamonds, and an original AGTA certificate for color gemstones. The jewelry Hut recommend either having your purchase appraised by a local jewelers or inspected for your piece of mind. If you are not satisfied with the appraisal of your purchase order, simply return the item within 15 days for a refund with the original certificate.
Are your cultured pearls or color gemstones artificially manufactured?
Absolutely not. The Jewelry Hut does sell any artificially manufactured pearls or gemstones.
Is there a standard grading system for cultured pearls?
No, unfortunately, there is not a standard grading system for pearls. Because no two pearls are ever alike, such a grading system would require many quality specifications. The other fact is that some pearls are so distinctive they defy comparison.
Is it safe to ship an item?
We ship your purchase order by FedEx or UPS. All orders shipped are fully insured.
Are your prices flexible?
The Jewelry Hut offers the best value by providing the lowest possible prices. All prices are final.
