I would like to thank Bijan at The Jewelry Hut for taking such good care of me. I am a new customer, and I am sure I will order from them again! I had seen the necklace I ordered in a jewelry store some months before and had been looking for one like it ever since. I recently found it on The Jewelry Hut’s website and I thought the price was very reasonable. After I placed my order, it turn out that the necklace was not in stock. The Jewelry Hut immediately contacted me and advised me of my options. Bijan offered me several other beautiful necklaces to choose from or he he offered to re-order the necklace I had ordered from the supplier. As still I wanted the necklace I had ordered, I told him I would wait for the necklace to be in stock. I received regular emails from him, advising me of the status of the order. I did not have to wait long, and I never had to contact him or wonder when the necklace would arrive. I was even able to track the package as it was shipped to me. After the necklace was delivered, Bijan sent me a note, asking how I was enjoying the necklace. It is gorgeous and I love it! Thank you again, Bijan and The Jewelry Hut. I am sure I will do business with you again soon!
